The vessels, designated LMG 150-DE, will operate between the main land and large islands in the western part of Estonia. Planned delivery is during autumn 2016. Due to the ice conditions during winter, the vessels have a Baltic Ice-1A ice class and will be able to operate without assistance year round. Extensive model tests with ice have been performed in order to document the ice going capabilities.

The vessels have a length of 114.0 m, a width of 19.2 m and will have a capacity of 150 personal cars and 700 passengers.
