Scandlines new zero-emission freight ferry meets the water

Scandlines new freight ferry FUTURA (NB1090) was launched on November 25th. This will become the world’s largest zero-emission freight ferry with 10 MWh batteries installed. It will operate the Puttgarden-Rødby connection when put into service late 2024.
