Today, we are proud to celebrate the delivery of SKARV PEAK 1, the first in a series of five multi‑purpose cargo vessels designed by our teams. This achievement is far more than the completion of a project; it is a milestone that reconnects us with our past while defining our direction for years to come.

A Segment That Once Defined Us

Three decades ago, LMG Marin was widely recognized for its footprint in the dry cargo vessel segment. Throughout the 1980s and early 1990s, these vessels represented a significant part of our portfolio. But as the market evolved and opportunities shifted, our focus strategically moved to other areas — ferries, offshore, and specialized vessels.

For years, the dry‑cargo segment remained a closed chapter. Until now.

The maritime landscape is changing rapidly. Operators across Europe are dealing with:
